The Role:
Best & Less has an chance for a Casual Team Member to join the passionate and supportive team at 'Sugarland' Bundaberg Store in Qld.

You will need availability to work Thursday nights, weekends, and school holidays.

As an integral member of the ‘Bestie’ team, you will be supported by teams who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together!

Your day will consist of:
Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers
Together with your team, create the ‘Bestie’ culture in store




Bringing the 'Bestie' culture to life through an environment of fun & teamwork
Drive for results, exceeding sales & profit for the store
Ensure the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished
Create a VM presentation of the store from door to floor
Ensure the store is tidy and well presented

About you:
Passionate about the customer experience
Have a positive attitude – we can teach the rest!
A willingness to learn and develop
Available to work versatile casual hours during the day throughout the week
Desire to develop your career in retail
