Senior Project Engineer – Benalla, Victoria

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our client’s team in Benalla, VIC . This role offers the opportunity to work on major infrastructure projects, with a robust focus on FRP (Form, Reo, Pour) works.

The ideal candidate will have 6–7 years of proven experience delivering FRP projects, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding project outcomes.

Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the delivery of FRP works across assigned projects.
Coordinate site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance standards are met.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare and review project documentation, including ITPs, progress reports, and schedules.




Identify and mitigate project risks, providing effective solutions to keep works on track.

Requirements
Minimum 6–7 years’ experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer in FRP (Form, Reo, Pour) works.
Proven track record delivering civil infrastructure projects to high standards.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and mentor junior engineers.
Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Commitment to safety and quality standards.
