Peritus Managed Services is currently seeking skilled and motivated IT Field Engineers to support a variety of client environments across Sydney. This is an excellent chance for specialists who enjoy adaptable, hands‑on work and have experience in End User Computing (EUC), Network Hardware installations, desktop rollouts, and IT support.

Skills & Experience
Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
Ability to diagnose and resolve Networking issues
Proven experience in network systems configuration, testing and installations
Excellent troubleshooting skills with proven capability
Knowledge of MS Windows OS & MS Office Suite
Experience in MS Active Directory & IP telephony would be an advantage
Ability to work independently and communicate directly with onsite client
Excellent presentation and communication skills
IT Degree, Training, or experience
Strong time management and prioritizing skills
Responsibilities
Provide IT support for PCs, mobiles, printers, AV devices and basic networks
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues related to end‑user devices
Installing and imaging PC devices in a Windows environment
Provide 1st and 2nd level deskside support
Provide hardware support in a data centre environment
Liaise with remote support to resolve issues
We are looking for highly motivated, committed and reliable individuals with strong communications skills.
Salary: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00
