Restaurant Manager – Rottnest Island

Rottnest Island – Western Australia
$80,000 – $95,000 per year + Super
Full‑time with included shared accommodation, services and meals.

The Ideal Candidate Should:
Already be in Perth or planning to arrive.
Have managerial experience in restaurants, preferably Italian, with more than 100 seats.
Be open to potential career progression.

Responsibilities
Managing the restaurant’s day‑to‑day operations.
Hiring, training and staff development.
Proficiency in achieving KPIs for labour cost and cost of goods (COGs).
Completing end‑of‑day operational and financial reports.
Participating in weekly and monthly management briefings and meetings.
Demonstrating robust leadership skills.




Contributing to budget planning and being motivated to achieve set goals.

Skills
3+ years of experience in a restaurant manager position.
Approved Manager certification; ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of H&L; (POS) is appreciated but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Time management.
Robust administrative skills.
