Australian Venue Co. in Hobart is seeking a dedicated Duty Manager to support daily operations, lead the team on shift, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will take charge during peak trade, ensuring service, safety and compliance, and act as Manager on Duty to handle incidents and team performance. Ideal candidates will have proven Duty Manager or supervisory experience in a rapid-paced venue, hold an RSA (or be willing to obtain one), and demonstrate leadership under pressure.
