Hoopla Pakenham is seeking an experienced Front Of House Manager to lead our current Hoopla Kitchen & Bar venue from day one. This full time leadership role requires hands-on supervision, staff development and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
You will oversee daily operations, rosters, service periods and compliance, working with senior management to drive performance and culture. Salary is $75,000–$85,000 per year plus super; weekends and public holidays are essential.
