About the role

We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Hairdresser to join our little Boutique hair salon in Thornlie, WA. In this full time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hairstyling and coloring services to our valued clients.

With a focus on delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining our salon's standards, this is an excellent prospect to join a wonderful friendly team.

What you'll be doing
Providing a full range of hairstyling and coloring services to clients, including cutting, perming, and styling
Training and mentoring junior stylists, ensuring they develop their skills and provide excellent customer service
Promoting the salon's services and products to clients,



and contributing to the overall growth and success of the business
Ensuring the salon's high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety are consistently maintained

What we're looking for
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively with the team
A positive, friendly, and customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure
Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent recognised qualification
Australian work rights are essential for this position
