Wellbeing Services Senior Officer - Minjilang NT (Croker Island)

Located on the beautiful Croker Island - One-hour flight from Darwin (You are required to live on the Island)

This is a unique chance to live and work in beautiful Minjilang, a small island township on Croker Island just a short flight from Darwin, where sea country, robust culture and community spirit shape everyday life.

We're seeking a dynamic leader to manage our Wellbeing teams and coordinate vital programs in the vibrant community of Minjilang.

What you'll do:
Lead teams in Sport and Recreation, Creche, Night Patrol, Community Care, and Broadcasting
Develop and implement engaging community initiatives
Provide administrative support and ensure timely reporting

What you'll need:
Diploma in Business or Community Services or 2 years of demonstrable experience
Strong leadership and communication skills




Cultural awareness and appreciation of remote Indigenous communities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and information technology
Current NT Driver's License and Ochre Card (or ability to obtain)
