We have an exciting opportunity for a
National Marketing Executive
to join our Marketing team at Keyton.
This role can be based in either our
Melbourne
,
Sydney
or
Sunshine Coast
offices and we welcome applicants from any of these locations.
The National Marketing Executive plays a key role supporting the development, coordination and execution of Keyton's strategic brand campaigns and initiatives for the Keyton group of brands, internally and externally.
The role works closely with the internal marketing teams, key stakeholders and agency partners to help drive campaign effectiveness, strengthening brand growth, brand preference and commercial outcomes for the business.
Responsibilities
Deliver and execute national, multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned to brand strategy and commercial outcomes
Coordinate campaign development end-to-end, including briefing, asset creation, approvals, and launch across paid and owned channels
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent, high-quality brand execution
Use customer insights, data, and market trends to optimise campaigns and enhance customer experience
Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, driving continuous improvement and ROI
Support implementation of brand and marketing plans, ensuring alignment across customer touchpoints and channels
Manage campaign operations, workflows, and stakeholder engagement to deliver on time and to standard
Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing marketing culture and cross-functional teamwork
Support budget tracking, governance, and compliance requirements
About You
To be successful in your application, you will have the following:
Technical or tertiary qualifications in
Marketing, Communications, Business
or a related discipline
Demonstrated understanding of
integrated marketing principles
, including
brand, digital and performance marketing
Experience in a marketing role supporting the delivery of
integrated campaigns
across multiple channels
Proven ability to
coordinate and execute campaign activity
within a cross-functional environment
Experience working with
internal stakeholders
and
external agency partners
Excellent stakeholder management
and
communication skills
, and ability to
work within a fast-paced environment
with multiple marketing projects/campaigns running simultaneously
Extensive experience with a hands-on approach with
digital channels and performance marketing metrics
,
and a
practical proven method on how campaign activity drives customer engagement and lead generation
Strong organisational skills
with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Ability to work both
independently, collaboratively and proactively
within a team to deadlines and schedules
Having great
attention to detail
and time
management skills
An ability to lift the capability of other regional Marketing Executives and provide mentorship
