What you will have:
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience within aged care, healthcare, accommodation or similar environments is highly regarded.
A valid Police Check or willingness to obtain one.
A valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance is highly regarded but not essential.




A valid Working with Children Check is highly regarded but not essential.
Current influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations, where required by the facility, and the ability to provide evidence.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Knowledge of safe cleaning practices, infection control procedures and the correct use of cleaning products and equipment.
Understanding of manual handling requirements and safe work practices.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong communication, time-management and organisational skills.
Reliability, professionalism and respect for residents' privacy and dignity.
High standards of personal presentation and grooming.
Uniform requirements:
Plain black tailored pants.
Plain black T-shirt with no visible logos.
Black, sturdy, enclosed non-slip safety shoes.
Long black socks or black stockings.
