Nurse-Led Walk-in Clinic | Central Queensland Hospital and Health ServiceAbout the role:Deliver advanced, autonomous nursing care for patients presenting with minor injuries and illnesses.Apply expert clinical judgement and critical thinking to provide safe, evidence-based, person-centred care.Coordinate patient care and provide clinical leadership, mentoring and support to the nursing team.Lead quality improvement initiatives through management of the clinic's quality portfolio.Work collaboratively with the Nurse Practitioner to assess, treat and manage patients within the Nurse-Led Walk-in Clinic governance framework.About you:Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (mandatory), with experience in emergency, acute care, minor injury/illness clinics, paediatrics or autonomous practice highly regarded.Demonstrated advanced clinical assessment, critical thinking and decision-making skills to deliver safe, evidence-based,
