The Role: Clinical Expertise Meets Leadership
Lead Care Planning:



Conduct home assessments and design individualised care plans that empower independence.
Mentor & Supervise: Provide specialist nursing advice and leadership to our dedicated, growing team of care staff.
Hands‐On Clinical Care: Manage wound care, medication administration, and specialised treatments.
Coordinate Continuity: Act as the vital link between clients, families, hospitals, and allied health professionals.
Advocate: Support NDIS and My Aged Care compliance to ensure every client hits their personal goals.
What You'll Bring to the Team
Credentials: Current AHPRA Registered/Enrolled Nurse Registration is essential.
Clinical Savvy: Strong foundational nursing skills with a "quality‐first" mindset.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills—you'll be building relationships every day.
Tech Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
Mobility: A valid Australian Driver's License and access to your own reliable vehicle.
