Overview
Campaign & Marketing Manager – JELLIS CRAIG, Blackburn VIC. Full‐time, on‐site. This role plays a vital part in driving agent visibility, campaign success, and brand consistency across all platforms.
Responsibilities
Manage print and digital marketing campaigns for property listings and brand awareness.
Operate the Sales Administration Department, handling the admin, compliance, and VPA aspects of sales campaigns from appraisal through to settlement.
Run social media and email marketing platforms, scheduling posts and managing content calendars.
Oversee marketing compliance and supplier coordination.
Support agent onboarding and create promotional materials.
Coordinate office and agent promotion and sponsorships, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time, on‐brand and with impact.
Use B+D, Real Hub, and Airtable for campaign planning, data management and end‐of‐month marketing reconciliation.
Create and design agent and business marketing collateral using Canva,
Adobe InDesign and social media scheduling tools.
Manage campaigns for specific agent teams – Pre Appraisal, Listings, Compliance, VPA Marketing and Post Sale Services.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of marketing experience, ideally within real estate.
Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.
Proficient in B+D, Real Hub, Airtable and Real Estate CRMs such as Box & Dice.
Strong design skills with Canva, Adobe InDesign and social media scheduling tools.
Excellent attention to detail, initiative and time‐management skills.
