Key Responsibilities
Promote and demonstrate Dorel products within major retail stores.
Deliver exceptional customer service and product advice to consumers.
Support strong in-store merchandising and product presentation.
Educate retail staff on product features, perks and competitive advantages.
Build positive relationships with store teams to maximise brand visibility and sales.
Work independently while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer engagement.
About You
Passionate about customer service and creating positive customer experiences.
Reliable, professional and self-motivated.
Confident working autonomously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiastic, energetic and approachable.
Available to work weekends and public holidays as required.
Previous retail,



sales or promotional experience is highly regarded.
Knowledge of baby or nursery products is advantageous but not essential.
