We're looking for an experienced Bookkeeper who is searching for more than just their next job. This is a hands‐on role for someone who enjoys variety and can manage the full bookkeeping function with confidence and minimal supervision.
What you'll be doing:
Processing payroll
Managing accounts receivable and payable
Liaising directly with our external accountant
Managing and reconciling trust accounts
Bank reconciliations and day‐to‐day banking
What we're looking for:




Solid bookkeeping/accounting experience (trust account experience highly regarded)
Confident using accounting software (e.g. Xero)
Someone reliable, organised and able to work autonomously
Port Hedland based, or willing to work locally
