Working closely with the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM), you'll provide essential administrative support that helps keep the unit running smoothly, allowing clinical staff to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.About The RoleAs a Clinical Support Officer, you'll be the administrative backbone of the Cardiac Catheterisation Lab, supporting nurses, doctors and allied health staff with a wide range of operational and administrative tasks.No Two Days Are The Same, With Responsibilities IncludingProviding administrative support to the Nurse Unit Manager and multidisciplinary team.Managing staff rosters using HealthRoster.Preparing salaries and wages documentation.Ordering and maintaining stock and supplies.Coordinating recruitment administration and onboarding activities.Managing the NUM's diary and scheduling appointments.Responding to phone enquiries and providing excellent customer service.Monitoring staff compliance with mandatory education requirements.Preparing reports and completing a variety of administrative tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the unit.About YouYou're an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys being part of a busy team and takes pride in keeping things running efficiently.
