MOTORHOME SERVICE ADVISOR/WARRANTY CLERK WANTEDAvida Motorhomes Gold Coast is seeking an experienced, energetic & confident Service Advisor/Warranty Clerk for our busy Service Department located in Varsity Lakes.Your main responsibilities will include:Answering incoming phone calls and taking service/warranty bookingsManaging email enquiries and bookingsConfirming and liaising between manufacturer and sales for deliveriesAssisting Service Department in all facets of delivery, parts and serviceFollowing up with customers following service to ensure customer satisfactionThe ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organised and have a passion for delivering great customer service.
