Nexl is seeking its first dedicated Security & Compliance Lead to build and own the security program from the ground up. You will protect client relationship data and drive a practical, security-first culture across the organization.
You'll own operational security, identity governance, SIEM/EDR, and the SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO roadmap, collaborating with Engineering, CPTO, and executives. This is a greenfield role with executive sponsorship and critical visibility.
