Job description

We require trade qualified HD Mechanics & Trailer Mechanics in our Kewdale Depot.

What we require from you:

- Trade qualified HV mechanic
- Previous experience in a Workshop Environment.
- C-class drivers license (HR is an advantage)
- Experience on Cat and Cummins engines
- Experience on Late model Kenworth, Mack, Western Star Prime Movers.
- Experience Servicing/Repairing Trailing equipment. (Brake relines, wheel bearings, 12v lighting system, air systems)

Your responsibilities will be:

- Carry out daily planned preventative maintenance and repairs, on late model American trucks.
- Maintain a fleet of Prime Movers and Trailing Equipment on a monthly maintenance plan.
- Self-motivated and ability to take direction.
- Always achieve a high standard of work
- Uphold our strong commitment to health and safety
