About the Role
We're on the lookout for a Strata Manager to join our growing team on the Central Coast.
At Precise Property, we do things a little differently. We genuinely care about our clients, our buildings, and our people - and we believe great service starts with a supported, happy team.
If you take pride in your work, value strong relationships, and want to be part of a team that works hard and enjoys what they do, you'll fit right in here.
We're open to experienced Strata Managers, or a Strata Assistant / Support team member who's ready to step up into a management role.
What You'll Be Doing
This is a hands-on role where no two days look the same. You'll be:
- Managing your own portfolio of buildings
- Building strong, trusted relationships with owners, committees, and contractors
- Coordinating and attending meetings (AGMs, committee meetings), including agendas and minutes
- Arranging and overseeing quotes, works, and maintenance
- Ensuring compliance with by-laws and current legislation
- Chairing meetings and guiding committees with confidence
- Delivering a high level of service (we're big on the "wow" moments)
- Supporting and collaborating across the wider team
What We're Looking For
We're less about ticking boxes and more about finding the right person - but ideally, you'll bring:
- Experience in strata management (or ready to step up into the role)
- Strong knowledge of current strata legislation
- Clear, confident communication skills
- A proactive, organised approach to your work
- The ability to manage your time and priorities independently
- A genuine service mindset
- Attention to detail and follow-through
- A sense of humour - we like people who enjoy coming to work
What You'll Get in Return
We know outstanding people do their best work in the right environment. At Precise Property, that means:
- Lower portfolios per manager - so you can actually do your job properly
- Dedicated support and assistant structure
- A genuine focus on service, not just volume
- A supportive, down-to-earth team culture
- Opportunities to grow as the business continues to expand
- A competitive salary package based on your experience
- Monday to Friday role (no weekends, except genuine emergencies)
And importantly - a workplace where work-life balance is genuinely respected.
Location
Our office is based in Erina on the Central Coast.
Ideally, you'll live locally or within a reasonable commute - because spending hours in traffic isn't anyone's idea of balance.
