Your Role as a Recruitment Consultant

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including business development, client management and delivering successful placements.

You will be responsible for:

- Managing the full end-to-end recruitment process from initial engagement through to successful placement and aftercare
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Identifying new business opportunities through outbound calling, networking, referrals, job boards and social media
- Managing client relationships and understanding recruitment requirements
- Negotiating offers and supporting successful placements
- Working towards and exceeding individual sales targets and KPIs
- Maintaining accurate candidate and client records using recruitment CRM systems
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process
- Providing an excellent candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment journey

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant, Sales Consultant or Business Development professional who thrives in a target-driven environment.

You will ideally have:

- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, telesales,



account management or business development
- A proven track record of achieving targets and KPIs
- Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Confidence speaking with candidates and clients at all levels
- A proactive approach with excellent organisational skills
- Resilience, ambition and a desire to progress your career
- The ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
