Prunella is a boutique wedding, events and catering business based in regional Victoria, delivering fully in-house experiences.
We're building our casual events team ahead of the season and looking for reliable, polished hospitality professionals to work across our venues in Taradale, Kyneton, and other venues throughout the Macedon Ranges and Hepburn Shire.
We're looking for people who are warm, personable, and proactive — staff who anticipate what's needed and take initiative without being asked.
Senior Front of House
Deliver polished, confident service at a high standard, working closely with our events managers and catering supervisors to ensure smooth timing and guest experience.
Previous experience in weddings, fine dining, or high-end events preferred.
Junior Front of House
Support food and beverage service, guest service, setup, clearing, and pack down.
Excellent entry point for hospitality staff wanting to build experience in premium events.
Bar Staff




Cocktail and wine service experience highly regarded.
Comfortable working efficient, high-volume bar service during receptions.
Chefs
Experience in a quick-paced kitchen, ideally events, catering, or fine dining.
Comfortable working both in office at events and in our prep kitchen.
Ability to execute a set menu to a high standard for group sizes.
Kitchenhands
Support kitchen prep and service, maintain a clean and organised kitchen setting during events.
About the role:
Casual, event-based shifts — mostly weekends, running October to April
Venues in Taradale, Kyneton, and other venues throughout the Macedon Ranges and Hepburn Shire
Pay: $40–$50+ per hour depending on role and experience
