We are currently working with a
well-established private practice located approximately one hour from Cairns
that is seeking a
Locum Physiotherapist
to provide short-term cover.
This is an excellent opportunity for a physiotherapist looking to step into a busy clinic, enjoy a supportive team setting, and experience Far North Queensland while working.
About the Role
Locum Physiotherapist position in a
private practice setting
Mixed musculoskeletal caseload
Clinic-based role with structured handover
Supportive and experienced team
Adaptable contract lengths (
4 weeks – 3 months
)
Key Responsibilities
Musculoskeletal assessments and treatment
Manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation
Developing and progressing patient treatment plans
Clinical documentation and reporting
Liaising with other allied health professionals as required




What We're Looking For
Qualified
Physiotherapist
AHPRA registration
(or in progress)
Private practice or musculoskeletal experience preferred
Strong communication and time-management skills
Locum experience advantageous but not essential
