One Rail Australia is recruiting for Trainee Drivers in the Newcastle region, based at the Mayfield depot. The role involves training to become a Qualified Train Driver and providing operational support to ensure secure train movements across the Upper and Lower Hunter regions.
Successful candidates will join a safety-focused, high-performing team and will work a 24/7 roster including nights, weekends and public holidays. Training will be provided to achieve locomotive operation qualification.
