Social Media Coordinator (Casual) Location: Burleigh Heads, QLDEmployment Type: Casual (approximately 22.5 hours per week)Schedule: Three weekdays per week (flexible by agreement) Faythe Studio is a multidisciplinary creative agency partnering with brands to create thoughtful, strategy-led creative that connects. From branding and websites to photography, social media and campaigns, we work closely with our clients as creative partners, bringing their vision to life through considered storytelling and elevated execution. We're looking for a Social Media Account Manager who loves building brands, thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys bringing ideas to life through content.

The Role

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the balance of strategy, creativity and client relationships. Overseeing everything from planning and scheduling content to coordinating shoots and ensuring every piece of content aligns with each brand's goals and identity. Working alongside our creative team, you'll help transform strategy into engaging social content while maintaining a high standard of organisation and communication.

What you'll be doing:

- Managing day-to-day social media accounts across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
- Planning, scheduling and publishing content
- Writing captions that reflect each client's tone of voice
- Managing content calendars and campaign timelines
- Supporting social media strategy and campaign execution
- Coordinating and directing client content shoots, including capturing behind-the-scenes content
- Liaising with clients and maintaining strong working relationships
- Creating simple graphics and social assets where required
- Monthly metric reporting to strengthen and evolve strategy in real time




- Working closely with our creative team to ensure content aligns with broader brand strategy

A bit about you:

- Has an interest in social media, branding and creative marketing
- Has experience managing social media accounts or creating digital content (professionally or personally)
- Has a basic understanding of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign or Photoshop, or is confident using Canva
- Understands the Meta ecosystem, including Instagram and Facebook best practices
- Is organised, proactive and enjoys keeping projects on track
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Enjoys collaborating with both clients and creative teams
- Has a strong eye for detail and appreciates thoughtful design
- Takes initiative and is excited to contribute ideas
- Is eager to continue learning and growing within a creative agency environment

Bonus points:

- Experience working in a creative agency or marketing workplace
- An understanding of content strategy and analytics
- Basic short-form video editing skills
- A passion for branding, design or photography
