Benny's Restaurant and Bar in Griffith, NSW is seeking an experienced Chef to join our busy kitchen team on a full time basis. You will lead food preparation, maintain quality standards and contribute to a smooth day-to-day operation.
The role requires Cert III and Cert IV in Commercial Cookery, with Diploma of Hospitality preferred. You will manage kitchen staff, control costs and ensure safety and hygiene across all service periods.
