A newly established fund manager is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to build its marketing function from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to shape a brand from day one.
You'll take the fund from pre-launch to market, owning everything from brand identity and website to the go-to-market strategy that gets it in front of investors and the industry.
What You'll Do
Build the fund's brand identity from scratch - positioning, tone of voice, visual identity and messaging
Design and launch the company website
Develop and execute a marketing plan to support the fund's launch and ongoing growth
Create marketing collateral for investor materials, pitch decks and digital channels
Establish a presence across LinkedIn and other relevant channels
Work closely with leadership to ensure marketing aligns with the fund's strategy and investor audience
Set up the systems,



processes and tools needed to run marketing long-term
What We're Looking For
Proven experience setting up or significantly building a marketing function, ideally in financial services, funds, or professional services
Solid website and branding project experience
Confident, self-starting operator comfortable working with limited existing infrastructure
Excellent written and visual communication skills
Understanding of (or robust interest in) financial services
Comfortable working directly with senior leadership in a small, fast-moving team
