Responsibilities
Lead customers through Proof of Concept (POC) environments and sandbox deployments
Design and implement Data Centre networking solutions from scratch (servers, switches, routers)
Support customers building next-generation "neo-cloud" and AI-driven environments
Work closely with Sales during technical validation stages post-POC handover
Deliver remote implementation and technical workshops via Zoom and Slack
Collaborate with hardware and software implementation teams where required
Provide ongoing post-deployment support as customers transition into live production
Own 2–3 customer accounts at a time, acting as their primary technical contact
Skills / Must have
Strong prior experience with Data Centre networking
Hands-on experience configuring and designing DC networks from scratch
Deep expertise in at least 2 major DC vendor: Cisco, Juniper, or Arista etc
Proven experience working with switches, routers, and server connectivity in enterprise or cloud-scale environments
Exposure to network automation platforms and modern programmable networking
Comfortable working directly with customers in a remote-first model
Desirable skills
Experience with high-performance networking solutions
Experience with contemporary data centre Linux-based network operating systems (Nvidia, Cumulus, Mellanox)
