Permanent Part‑time Registered Nurse (RN Grade 2) at Healesville Home, a home‑care setting in a lush setting. The role involves working a range of morning, afternoon and evening/night shifts. This is not an RNinCharge (RNIC) position.
Responsibilities
- Provide medical care to residents, ensuring their health needs are met.
- Compile accurate clinical documentation.
- Lead and mentor staff, facilitating their professional development.
- Model health and safety standards for the team.
- Maintain the highest standard of work and take pride in your role.
Qualifications
- Registered Nursing degree and current AHPRA registration.
- Leadership experience in clinical care.
- Excellent documentation skills and knowledge of AN‑ACC.
- Evidence of current influenza vaccination during the influenza season.
