Our client is a well-established community provider with 30 years of experience supporting people across Adelaide. With three locations and a growing OT team (currently 12-13 OTs ), they’re known for their supportive culture, excellent staff retention, and a genuinely team-first approach.

About the position

Our client is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join their expanding team, working primarily with adults (with some clients from 12+ years ). This is a community and clinic-based role and can be tailored to suit your strengths—treatment-focused, assessment-focused, or a mix .

You’ll work across a broad range of services including

- NDIS (functional capacity, ADLs, supports and recommendations)
- Aged care supports and assessments
- Return to work and rehabilitation services
- Opportunities to support schools and broader community programs where relevant

The workload is designed to be realistic and sustainable

- Ramp-up built over 6 months
- WFH available for report writing and admin tasks





Employment options

- Permanent full-time and or part time
- Casual employment available on an hourly rate
- Not typically a contracting model, though may be considered for the right person

Key requirements

- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
- Minimum 1-2+ years' experience preferred
