We are seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Account Manager (Foodservice Sales Representative) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with existing bakery, patisserie, and foodservice customers
Identify and develop current business opportunities
Promote the Springer Foods product range, including IRCA chocolate, gelato and specialty patisserie ingredients
Achieve sales targets through effective account management and territory planning
Provide outstanding customer service through regular visits and proactive follow-up
Share customer feedback, market trends, and competitor insights with the wider team
About You
Proven experience in sales or account management
Bakery, patisserie,



or foodservice industry experience highly desirable
Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-driven
Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
Current driver's licence
Willing to assist with deliveries, warehouse work or other duties if required
MYOB experience highly regarded
