We are seeking anexperienced Accounts Payable Officerto join adynamic construction and technical services organisationon a short‐term contract.
This role will provide hands‐on support to the Payroll team, managingend‐to‐end AP processesand high‐volume invoice processing, while supporting day‐to‐day financial operations.
There is potential forpermanent placementat the end of the contract, depending on performance and team needs.
Accounts Payable Officer – 3 Month Contract (Potential for Permanent)
Location:Western Sydney
Hours:Full‐time, Monday – Friday, standard business hours
Contract Duration:Mid March – June 26 (covering leave)
Key Responsibilities
Fullend‐to‐end Accounts Payableprocessing, including:
Manual invoice entry and payment runs
Handling vendor and internal queries
Reconciling accounts and financial records
Process500+ invoices per month
Support the Payroll team with manual AP tasks




Liaise with internal teams and elevate issues where required
Key Requirements
Solid experience inend‐to‐end AP, ideally withinconstruction or project‐based settings
Comfortable withmanual processing of invoices and payroll tasks
Experience withCOINSis highly desirable
Ability to handle high‐volume AP processes
Confident communicator, able to ask questions when needed
Attention to detail and methodical work approach
