About the role

Reporting to the Regional Manager, we are looking for a outstanding leader with a robust customer focus to:
Lead and manage all aspects of operations including P&L; accountability
Develop and implement a Business Plan to achieve profitable growth
Lead a high performance sales team driven for sales success
Grow and develop a customer base through excellent service and sales
Maintain partnerships with suppliers to ensure opportunities are maximised for our business and our customers
Manage large projects and solutions and coordinate the opportunity pipeline
Identify, create and capitalise on new business opportunities
Engage and develop a passionate and dedicated team
