ING Bank (Australia) Limited is seeking a Financial Care Officer to support customers experiencing financial difficulty with empathetic service and suitable solutions to manage accounts. The role is a 12-month contract based in Wyong or Sydney.

You will handle calls, assist with payment arrangements, identify hardship cases, maintain accurate records, and help the team comply with policies in a regulated setting. Two contracts are available.
