We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to take ownership of a residential portfolio of 165 properties based in Melbourne's CBD. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business with a strong focus on delivering tailored property solutions within the Australian residential market.
Backed by more than two decades of combined industry experience, the team prides itself on providing a personalised, innovative and results-driven approach for clients and their property investments. The successful candidate will be a confident experienced Property Manager who enjoys managing a quality portfolio while having the support and resources needed to perform at a high level.

With dedicated leasing assistance and streamlined property management systems, you will be empowered to deliver outstanding service across all areas of portfolio management. This role also provides the opportunity to step into a leadership-focused position, playing an important part in developing the property division,



refining processes and contributing to the continued growth of the business.

THE ROLE

- Salary package of up to $100,000 + Superannuation
- Up to 2 Days WFH
- Quarterly bonus opportunities
- Car parking and company car provided
- No Saturday requirements
- Manage a residential portfolio of 165 properties from end-to-end
- Oversee all aspects of property management including maintenance, inspections, leasing, compliance and tenancy matters
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Work alongside dedicated leasing support to ensure smooth portfolio management

ABOUT YOU:

- Experienced Property Manager with proven residential portfolio management experience
- Strong ability to manage an end-to-end portfolio independently
- Excellent understanding of Victorian tenancy legislation and compliance requirements
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise competing tasks
- Professional, proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Experience with PME, IRE and Inspection Express preferred
