Medacs is seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Allied Health team. No recruitment experience is required - we'll provide full training, ongoing mentorship, and the support you need to build a successful and rewarding career.

You'll join a close-knit, high-performing team with extensive industry expertise and learn how to manage recruitment processes, build client relationships, and connect healthcare professionals with rewarding career opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

- Learning the end-to-end recruitment process

- Speaking with candidates and building strong relationships

- Making outbound calls to identify and engage healthcare professionals

- Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and databases

- Screening and interviewing candidates

- Assisting with matching candidates to suitable opportunities

- Supporting client relationships and learning business development skills

- Maintaining candidate records and recruitment activity

- Working alongside experienced recruiters and leaders who will mentor and develop you

What We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

- Experience in sales, outbound calling, telesales,



call centre, customer service, lead generation, business development, retail, or hospitality

- Confidence speaking with people over the phone

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Resilience, motivation, and a results-driven mindset

- The ambition to build a long-term career with excellent earning potential

Previous recruitment experience is not required. Full training will be provided.
