Summary

We are a Perth-based designer and manufacturer of industry-leading Safe-T-Products devices for the global mining and industrial sectors.

Assembler Position is responsible for the safe and efficient assembly of Safe-T-Products devices and sub-assemblies in accordance with engineering drawings, work instructions and training, quality standards and customer requirements. Attention to detail is an essential part of this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble products and Devices in accordance with engineering drawings, assembly instructions and production schedules.
- Manufacture sub-assemblies to maintain production stock levels.
- Ensure all assemblies are completed accurately and to company quality standards.
- Perform visual inspections before and throughout the assembly process.
- Identify and report product defects or damaged components before assembly.
- Ensure completed products and devices are ready for inspection to be dispatched
- Testing of all finished products prior to shipping

Production Duties

- Meet daily production schedules and work efficiently to achieve manufacturing targets.
- Complete production records accurately.
- Record daily assembly and production activities.




- Assist with continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
- Notify the Production Team leader or QC before delays or material shortages.
- Follow instructions for the products and devices to be shipped.

Required Skills & Experience

- Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Confident in using machinery and tools safely is a must.
- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and basic mathematical skills.
- Teamwork: Comfortable working within a self-directed team and adhering to company policies.
- Attention to Detail: level of accuracy
- Proactive Approach: Willingness to learn, take initiative, and follow instructions.
