Shopfit Co is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of commercial shopfitting and fitout projects across retail, hospitality, medical, corporate sectors throughout Australia.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects from contract award through to practical completion.

Key responsibilities include:

- End-to-end project management of commercial fitout and shopfitting projects
- Managing project budgets, procurement schedules and programme delivery
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams
- Client relationship management and stakeholder communication
- Site visits and quality assurance
- Managing offshore procurement activities and supplier coordination




- Leveraging AI and technology platforms to improve project planning, reporting and delivery

About You

To be successful, you will have:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial construction, shopfitting or fitout project management
- Solid understanding of commercial construction processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- Experience managing procurement and supplier relationships
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to embrace new technology and AI-driven systems
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude

Desirable

- Experience within shopfitting or retail fitouts
- Exposure to offshore manufacturing or procurement
- Experience using project management platforms such as Monday.com, Buildxact or similar
- Trade or construction management qualifications
