We're looking for an experienced Commercial Insurance Broking Account Executive to join our growing team. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding client service, enjoy developing new business and want the flexibility to work from home, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
As an Account Executive, you'll manage and grow your own portfolio of commercial clients while developing new business opportunities across Australia.
You'll work closely with insurers, clients and our experienced team to deliver tailored insurance solutions and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of commercial clients
- Develop new business opportunities and referral relationships
- Build long-term trusted client partnerships
- Prepare insurance renewal strategies and program recommendations
- Negotiate with insurers to achieve the best outcomes
- Manage claims and advocate for clients
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and best practice
About You
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in Commercial Insurance Broking
- Tier 1 RG146 qualification
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- A proven ability to develop new business opportunities
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
- The ability to work independently while collaborating remotely with a team
