Western Sydney Migrant Resource Centre is seeking a dedicated Youth Worker to join the Youth Services Team on a part time fixed-term maternity leave contract until mid‑June 2027, with potential extension. You will support young people aged 12–24 through casework, group programs, workshops and school-based initiatives.
You will engage with diverse communities, build life skills, navigate education and employment pathways, and contribute to safeguarding and continuous program improvement.
