About the Role
This role is responsible for coordinating property and operational activities across our clients network of sites, ensuring projects, maintenance, compliance requirements and stakeholder requests are managed effectively.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinating property-related activities across multiple sites nationally
- Liaising with landlords, shopping centre management, contractors and suppliers
- Maintaining lease, compliance and property records
- Coordinating maintenance requests and operational works
- Tracking actions, deadlines and project milestones
- Supporting site rollouts, relocations and network growth initiatives
- Preparing reports,
meeting minutes and action registers
- Following up outstanding items and ensuring completion
- Identifying issues early and escalating where required
About You
You are highly organised, proactive and enjoy managing multiple priorities. You take ownership of your work, communicate confidently with stakeholders and are motivated by delivering outcomes.
You’ll Ideally Bring:
- Previous experience in property administration, facilities coordination, lease administration or operations support
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and Teams
- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Experience That Will Be Highly Regarded
- Property or lease administration
- Shopping centre or retail property experience
- Facilities management coordination
