Responsibilities
- Building relationships with medical professionals across Australia acting as a trusted advisor
- Becoming a product expert driving adoption through proactive support, training and troubleshooting
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales and Technical teams to enhance the customer experience
- Managing order processing and logistics
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and contributing ideas as the company scales globally
Qualifications
- Must have 1-2+ years' experience in a customer-facing role
- Must have exceptional communication skills and the ability to stay composed and solutions-focused under pressure
