I'm working with a leading digital agency, a global business that helps brands grow online. In Australia they work with some of the best-known names in fashion, consumer and beauty, and they're investing in their marketplace capability and want a senior leader to head it up.

Responsibilities

- Lead the specialist disciplines that drive marketplace performance: advertising, SEO, conversion rate optimisation and retail media, under one function.
- Lead and grow an established team across Australia and offshore.
- Own the methodology, best practice and direction for marketplace growth.
- Partner with the operations and client side to drive commercial growth, across both the agency's own brands and the brands they manage.
- Shape where the function goes next, with real ownership.

Qualifications

- Experience leading marketplace growth,



with real depth across Amazon and the other marketplaces.
- A commercial head: revenue, margin and growth, not just campaign metrics.
- A track record leading specialist teams.
- Strong on marketplace advertising and retail media, plus organic and conversion.
- Solid stakeholder skills, comfortable with clients and senior people.
- Data-led and curious, across where marketplace is heading: AI, automation, the newer growth levers.
