The Role

This is a challenging and vital role responsible for shaping and executing the financial strategy, driving performance, and enabling strategic decision‑making across the business for 3 to 6 months. As Interim Finance Director, you will:

- Lead the finance function ensuring robust governance and compliance
- Own and deliver on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles
- Provide insights to support business leadership
- Drive performance through analysis, risk management and opportunity identification
- Oversee financial reporting, including annual audits and sustainability reports
- Manage cash flow, working capital and investment strategies
- Partner with sales,



marketing and operations teams to enhance margins and efficiencies
- Lead, develop, and coach a high‑performing finance team

The Interim Finance Director

This role requires a CA/CPA qualified finance leader with proven senior leadership experience who can build trust quickly and challenge constructively.

The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a track record of delivering results in rapid‑paced, dynamic environments.

Manufacturing or similar industry experience is preferred, along with international operations knowledge. The role requires commencement at the earliest opportunity.
