This is a senior-level corporate role for a lawyer who wants to be embedded in significant transactions, trusted with complex work, and closely involved in the commercial and strategic aspects of deals. The role suits a Senior Associate ready to operate confidently at that level, with meaningful client exposure and the opportunity to shape matters from start to finish.

The Brisbane corporate team advises on major M&A;, ECM, corporate advisory and FIRB matters for a global client base across both the public and private sectors. The work is consistently high-end and transactionally focused, involving complex structures, strategic decision-making and sophisticated execution. You will work across a broad mix of transactions rather than being siloed, gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of deals and the commercial drivers behind them.

You will work closely with a deep bench of senior corporate partners in Brisbane, in a team known for collaboration and technical strength. Client contact is a core part of the role, with Senior Associates playing an active role in managing relationships, advising stakeholders and contributing to transaction strategy. This is a team where senior lawyers are visible,



relied upon and encouraged to take ownership appropriate to their level.

Support, mentoring and development are embedded into the way the team operates. You will have access to structured mentoring and national training designed to support progression at Senior Associate level and beyond. The workplace is supportive without being hands‑on, allowing you to develop independence while continuing to refine judgement, leadership and technical depth.

This role will suit a Senior Associate with strong experience across M&A;, ECM and corporate advisory matters, ideally gained in a top‑tier environment, who is confident operating at senior level and enjoys working closely with clients and senior stakeholders.
