Join St Vincent’s Private Hospital Fitzroy campus (SVPHM) as a Registered Nurse in our Peri‑Operative department. The role offers part‑time or full‑time positions (9 days per fortnight) with shifts of 10, 8 or 6 hours to support work‑life balance.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day‑to‑day functioning of the peri‑operative unit across a range of specialties.
- Collaborate with an experienced team and a supportive leadership team to deliver high‑quality patient care.
- Support the unit’s operational efficiency and foster a culture of trust and respect.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years’ experience in the operating theatre.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage with all key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Criminal record and/or child protection checks will be conducted and are part of the selection criteria.
- Compliance with the SVHA Staff Health Screening Immunisation Policy, including required vaccinations.
- Full vaccination against COVID‑19 is generally required.
