Responsibilities

- Support delivery of infrastructure projects through project coordination, administration, reporting, and operational support.
- Prepare, maintain, and coordinate project documentation, reports, meeting papers, and project records.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and documentation, and provide administrative support to project leaders and team members.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to communicate project updates, address issues, and maintain productive working relationships.
- Support the delivery of organisational outcomes by promoting collaboration, customer focus, and a high-performance team culture.
- Monitor project plans, milestones, risks, and deliverables to help ensure time, cost, quality, and performance objectives are achieved.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance project processes and work practices.
- Work in our office or project site up to five days per week, depending on project needs.

- Experience supporting project delivery, project management, program coordination, or business operations with commitment to accountability and continuous improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare professional reports, briefing papers, and project documentation.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Well-developed analytical, research, and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Confidence using contemporary business systems and project management tools.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
