Mandatory Qualifications / Requirements

- Vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered and assessed: Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent.
- Possession of one of the following training and assessment credentials:
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or its successor; or
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; or




- TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; or
- TAE50122 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training or its successor; or
- TAE50111 or TAE50116 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training; or
- TAE50211 or TAE50216 Diploma of Training Design and Development; or
- A secondary teaching qualification and one (1) of the following credentials:
- TAESS00024 VET Delivered to School Students Teacher Enhancement Skill Set or its successor; or
- TAESS00011 or TAESS00019 Assessor Skill Set or its successor;
- A higher‑level qualification in adult or vocational education (approved by TAFE Queensland).
- Applicants must also demonstrate:
- Current industry skills directly relevant to the training and assessment being provided.
- Current knowledge and skills in vocational training and learning that inform training and assessment practices.
- Ongoing professional development in vocational education, competency‑based training and assessment.

Note: Proof of qualifications and industry currency/experience must be provided at interview.

Highly Desirable Requirements

- Strong digital literacy skills across a range of technologies and learning platforms.
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience delivering learning in online, blended, and face‑to‑face environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
