Position

Our innovative service model focuses on delivering the best clinical outcomes for participants. As a Physiotherapist with Empower, you will have the prospect to work with a variety of Musculoskeletal, Neurological, and Cardiorespiratory participants.

You will be responsible for delivering Empower Healthcare's comprehensive services in Home Care.

Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver tailored physiotherapy treatment plans for participants in their own home through home care packages/NDIS.
- Work holistically with other allied health professionals to provide a multidisciplinary care plan.
- Educate participants and their families to optimise their ability to live healthy lives within the community.
- Liaise with service providers to ensure effective communication.
- Work autonomously to prioritise and complete tasks, maintain records and provide patient reports.

Requirements

- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent).




- Registration with AHPRA.
- Police Check Clearance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time‑management skills and attention to detail.
