About the Role
We are looking for an experienced S26 Civil Supervisor to lead crews delivering civil and rail construction works on a major BHP infrastructure project in the North West. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day supervision of works on the ground, driving safety, quality and productivity while keeping delivery on program. FIFO 2:1 roster.
- Previous supervisory experience on civil and rail construction projects
- Strong understanding of civil earthworks, site preparation and rail corridor works
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience supervising crews in rail and civil environments
- Sound knowledge of BHP systems, standards and safeworking requirements
- Confident leading, coordinating and mentoring a high‑performing team
- A robust focus on safety leadership and quality work standards
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, ITPs and project documentation
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening
- Australian work rights required for this position
